The Stuart Hall Foundation is delighted to be hosting our fourth annual Stuart Hall Public Conversation: ‘Movement and Stillness: Art in a Time of Crisis and Upheaval’ on Wednesday 3rd February. This year, the event takes place online and will welcome poets Linton Kwesi Johnson, Roger Robinson and Jay Bernard for an evening of readings and discussion.

Our chair, Gilane Tawadros, who will be chairing the event, says, “We are thrilled to be welcoming three important and talented artists, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Roger Robinson and Jay Bernard, to our fourth Public Conversation. We are thankful that despite these very challenging and distanced times we are able to continue this important annual event in the Foundation’s calendar, which coincides with Stuart Hall’s birthday. We look forward to welcoming everyone online to listen, share, connect, and take part in this much-needed moment of movement and stillness.”
